Job Summary
Develop and administer the property's business and organizational plan, including operating and capital budgets and marketing strategies. Hire, develop, and supervise all key management employees while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Oversee physical assets, facilities, and landscaping maintenance, and enforce highest standards for food, beverage, sports, recreation, and property services. Analyze financial statements against budgeted goals to implement corrective measures and direct all property employees through department heads. Serve as the primary liaison between Troon, ownership, and the community to enhance the property's local presence.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years related experience in golf operations/club management/food and beverage operations
- supervisory, coaching, and staff development experience
- ability to run a professional, efficient, and high-quality service-oriented operation
- proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- extremely organized, efficient, and detail oriented
- exceptional customer service skills
- highly motivated, goal driven, and self-starter
- highly polished interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people easily and quickly
- skill to exercise good independent judgment in assessing situations and making decisions
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
