Job Summary
Own full P&L performance across Coping, Service, and Triumph Exteriors divisions, driving revenue growth, margin management, and cost control. Develop and execute divisional growth strategies, including expansion into Ottawa and Midland markets, while overseeing project execution to ensure safe, on-schedule delivery within budget. Establish consistent operational processes across estimating, project management, and field operations, align staffing and resources with project backlogs. Lead and develop division managers, oversee contract execution and change order management, and champion safety performance across all divisions. Provide regular reporting on divisional performance, forecasts, and risks to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in construction, building envelope, or related industries
- Proven experience managing multiple divisions, departments, or business units
- Strong P&L ownership with demonstrated ability to drive revenue and profitability
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost control
- Strong understanding of construction operations including estimating, project management, and field execution
- Experience scaling operations and implementing systems to support growth
- Strong knowledge of contracts, change order management, and project risk mitigation
- Familiarity with Ontario construction practices, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
- Operational leader with full ownership of divisional performance and results
- Strong presence capable of leading managers, project teams, and field operations
