Job Summary
Direct and oversee regional Transmission & Distribution operations, establishing strategic initiatives in partnership with senior leadership to execute objectives for regional performance and profitability. Provide leadership to Regional Managers, Project Managers, and operational teams, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably while resolving complex challenges and leading troubled project recovery efforts. Manage regional financial performance through forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow oversight, while developing high-performing teams and maintaining strong relationships with utility and infrastructure clients. Lead preconstruction efforts and RFP pursuits, collaborating with field leadership to plan resources and visit project sites to reinforce safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of related experience
- Proven leadership experience managing Transmission & Distribution construction operations, utility infrastructure projects, or related EPC programs
- Demonstrated success leading regional operations, project portfolios, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of transmission and distribution construction means, methods, project delivery, resource planning, and risk management
- Proven financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, cash flow, backlog, profitability, and operational performance
- Experience leading preconstruction efforts, RFP pursuits, estimating collaboration, and strategic planning initiatives
- Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop teams, build client relationships, and drive regional growth initiatives
- Willingness to travel as required
- A valid driver's license
- An acceptable driving record

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with project controls, estimating, and job cost tracking software
- Advanced industry certifications, licenses, or credentials
