Job Summary
Lead the P&L and marketing strategy for Transit Packaging solutions. Drive product lifecycle management, pricing, and promotional strategy; collaborate across Sales, Innovation & Development, and Supply Chain to enable profitable growth. Build and coach a high-performing marketing organization, recruit and develop talent, and partner with Talent Leadership on a development roadmap. Clearly articulate the client’s packaging solutions, campaigns, and programs to leaders, teams, and customers, maintaining competitive advantages and focusing on direct sales expansion while monitoring industry needs and economic drivers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 15 years of experience in B2B Marketing in a manufacturing company
- Experience marketing premium/value-based products (not commodities)
- Involvement with businesses that have multiple product lines, more complex/demanding in nature, portfolio management with competing priorities, capex, and I&D needs
- Experience marketing both consumables and equipment (and successfully tying the two together)
- Hands-on leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving results in a lean/mean environment
- Successful implementation or involvement in implementing CRM/Lead generation/lead nurturing
- Industry experience in packaging is preferred
