General Manager Trainee - To Move to New Stores

Oversee every aspect of daily theater operations, including payroll, cash deposits, loss prevention, and Food and Beverage services. Manage staff, enforce company policies, and guide the team to deliver an excellent guest experience while operating and marketing the business to serve the local community. Ensure the facility is prepared for daily operations and work closely with corporate management and ownership. This role requires relocation to a new or existing California location, followed by a 90-day review period with a potential offer to take on your own building. Past management experience in retail, hospitality, or service is required, with a background in cinema or exhibition being a plus.
