Job Summary
You are the ultimate ambassador of our brand, accountable for creating a highly productive environment in which customers have an extraordinary experience, employees are able to do their best and the business thrives. Oversee the development of clientele relationships and drive business initiatives, set clear goals and expectations, and coach a world-class talent team to deliver exceptional retail experiences. The role requires leadership and strategic, operational, and people-management excellence with an authentic approach, plus a BA in Business or a fashion-related discipline and at least five years of General Manager experience. You’ll work with an amazing team to uphold brand standards, empower employees, and contribute to Oscar-worthy store performance while maintaining a vibrant, inclusive culture. A sense of humor is a plus.
