Job Summary
Manage operations to maximize the financial success of the Tooling Solutions branch in Baton Rouge, LA. Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews to identify revenue opportunities and monitor key metrics including equipment utilization, warranty recovery, and customer satisfaction. Build and develop the team by conducting performance evaluations, providing training, and establishing measurable goals. Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations. This role supports EquipmentShare's mission to transform construction through proprietary T3 technology, offering real-time fleet insights and expert tooling services to contractors.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years rental industry experience
- preferably in a management role
- Valid driver's license
- clean driving record
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- You can adapt to the fast pace of a growing company

- Employment is contingent on passing a background check
