Job Summary
General Manager responsible for the overall restaurant operation including food quality across menus, COGS controls, training and supervision of BOH and FOH teams, ensuring compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Leads all operations, coordinates menu changes and seasonal specials, oversees reservations (OpenTable), ensures inventory and P&L management, drives marketing and business development discussions, and maintains high standards of hospitality, service, and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or related field
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of front and back of house operations including food, beverages, staff supervision, inventory, and food safety
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekend shifts, and holidays
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience hiring, training, and mentoring a diverse large hourly FOH staff
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
