Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations at the TOCA Soccer Training Facility, managing a squad of coaches and front-desk staff to maintain a high-energy, guest-first atmosphere. Scout, recruit, and build the team while overseeing scheduling, maintenance protocols, and facility upkeep to ensure the center is always clean and ready. Drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction by converting new guests at 60% through community marketing initiatives, local event hosting, and partnerships that fuel acquisition and retention. Work evenings and weekends to smash KPIs across facility performance, sales, and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of operations leadership experience
- Passion for people and sports
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job—lifting, moving, and being on your feet
- Strong financial sense and the ability to assess the impact of your decisions on the bottom line
- Stellar communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to deliver a great experience to new guests converting them at 60%
