Job Summary
Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations while driving guest satisfaction and delivering exceptional hospitality. Coach, mentor, and develop a large team in a high-volume environment by organizing shifts, maintaining efficiency, and upholding brand standards. Manage inventory, labor, sanitation, and operational standards while monitoring financial performance and controlling costs. Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively to promote a positive, energetic, team-focused culture. Requires 4+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant, ability to manage teams of 40+ employees, and bilingual English/Spanish skills. Available nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Experience managing teams of 40+ employees
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Extensive food & beverage knowledge
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials and inventory systems
- Comfortable coaching, delegating, and holding teams accountable
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
