Job Summary
Oversee the entire restaurant operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house, while delivering superior guest service and responding efficiently to customer complaints. Enforce the highest quality of products, organize and supervise shifts to ensure the operation runs like clockwork, and appraise personnel's performance to keep the team upbeat. Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain tight inventory while tracking compliance with sanitation and safety rules. Control costs and cut waste without compromising quality, promote the brand, and track operations to take corrective action before issues escalate. Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, requiring availability for flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- High School diploma or GED
- 4+ years of restaurant management experience
- Leading a team of 20 or more
- Track record of frequent guest interaction
- Coaching employees into bigger roles
- Demonstrated experience in customer service management
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Sharp financial management skills
- Availability for flexible hours
- Weekends

- Holidays
- Precision and consistency in following recipes, processes, and systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Multitasking
- Love (or at least a tolerance) for fast-paced, high-pressure environments
