Job Summary
Manage inventory costs through daily and weekly counts, place truck orders, and ensure preventative maintenance of facility and equipment. Direct team operations to meet KPIs while guaranteeing food safety, brand standards, and accurate cash control procedures. Resolve guest complaints by calling back affected customers and motivate staff to exceed expectations with fast, friendly service. Recruit, interview, and complete orientation for new employees while creating and monitoring schedules to establish a positive culture.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 pounds
- Consistently handles product preparation
Desired Qualifications

- Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability
- Demonstrated leadership skills
