Job Summary
Manage inventory costs through daily and weekly counts, place truck orders, and ensure preventative maintenance of facilities meets company standards. Direct the team to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service while calling back guests who have had problems or complaints. Recruit, interview, and complete orientation for new employees, create action plans to improve guest metrics, and establish a positive culture. Ensure the restaurant upholds food safety and brand standards while meeting KPIs. Must be at least 18 years old with 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, available for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 pounds
- Consistently handles product preparation
