Job Summary
Manage inventory costs through daily and weekly counts, place truck orders, and ensure preventative maintenance of facility and equipment. Direct restaurant operations to uphold food safety and brand standards while driving profitability and guest experience metrics. Handle guest complaints by calling them back and motivate the team to exceed expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service. Recruit, interview, and complete orientation for new employees, create action plans to improve guest metrics, and establish a positive culture. This role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, with the ability to work long or irregular shifts and lift up to 50 pounds. The Restaurant General Manager leads a single location focused on servant leadership and memorable experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 pounds
- Consistently handles product preparation
