Job Summary
Manage inventory costs through daily and weekly counts, place truck orders, and ensure preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment. Direct restaurant operations by calling back guests with complaints, motivating teams to exceed expectations, and creating action plans to improve guest metrics. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while establishing a positive culture and monitoring team schedules to meet KPIs. Ensure food safety and brand standards are upheld while driving profitability. Requires 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, P&L interpretation skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts involving lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently
- Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 50 pounds
- Consistently handles product preparation
