Job Summary
General Manager, TikTok Shop — founding operator role overseeing the launch and scale of a TikTok Shop business as a standalone subsidiary. Responsibilities include selecting launch SKUs, standing up Seller Center and ads programs, hiring and leading a small team of creators/editors, delivering daily content, and managing a 12-month P&L with GMV, CAC, and contribution-margin targets. The ideal candidate has operated a TikTok Shop seller account at scale (>$5M GMV in 12 months), built TAP affiliate programs with 500+ creators, run Shop Ads and GMV Max at $100K+/month, and can articulate metrics in GMV, AOV, CTR, CVR, and contribution margin. They will operate with founder-level ownership, ship content under compliance review, and drive fast, data-driven decisions while owning the end-to-end P&L and SKU selection. Compensation includes base salary 250K with a 15-25% performance bonus, phantom equity, signing bonus, tool budget, and health benefits. This is a hands-on operator role designed to run like a founder with real authority in a fully supported subsidiary.
