Job Summary
Manage the entire store operation by leading the team to execute organizational objectives and ensure customer and associate satisfaction. Supervise daily task assignments, recruit and train associates, and coordinate schedules while maintaining accurate payroll reporting. Ensure execution of safety, security, and store policies; process daily invoices and deposits; conduct periodic inventories; and maintain a clean, well-stocked appearance. Guarantee profitability and adherence to all city, county, and state regulations, including age verification for restricted sales. Work all shifts including weekends and holidays, perform duties of a typical store associate, and lift up to 50 pounds. Maintain a neat appearance and demonstrate leadership qualities in all store areas, including the cooler/freezer and parking lot.

- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- This position requires constant standing, bending, and reaching
- Ability to perform tasks in all areas of the store which may include exposure to the cold while working in the cooler/freezer and while maintaining the parking lot and exterior of the store's perimeter
