Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the management of the entire store operation, leading the team to achieve store goals, customer and associate satisfaction, brand standards, and profitability. Oversees recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, payroll, timekeeping, and performance management; ensures compliance with safety, security, quality, and store policies; handles daily deposits and store reporting; maintains inventory and a clean, well-stocked store; and shows leadership in all aspects of store operations and customer service.
