Job Summary
Lead the property as primary strategic business leader, overseeing guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, and sales to deliver return on investment. Verify brand service strategy implementation, hold leadership team accountable for execution, and drive independent sales activities to generate demand. Develop and execute business plans maximizing profitability and market share while managing revenue strategies, pricing, and labor expenses. Build owner loyalty through proactive communication, foster high-performance executive teams, and ensure compliance with legal and brand standards. Engage with local officials and businesses to strengthen community relationships and maintain strong property performance.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 8 years' experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 6 years' experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, finance and accounting, or related professional area
Desired Qualifications
- 10 or more years' experience in a senior management position of a Four Star/Four Diamond hotel minimally
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights
- Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
