Job Summary
General Manager II oversees supply chain facilities, driving operational excellence across distribution, fulfillment, and transportation; manages P&L, budgets, and KPIs, leads Lean and continuous improvement, recruits and mentors staff, partners with HR/IT/Transportation/Inventory/Loss Prevention, and ensures safety, compliance, and exceptional service across all sites. Requires proven leadership in large-scale operations, strong financial acumen, and ability to align operations with corporate objectives; proficiency in WMS/TMS/OMS and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years in supply chain, logistics, or distribution management
- 5+ years in General Manager-level role or above
- Minimum 3 years in a multi-functional leadership role
- Experience in Big Box retail distribution/fulfillment operations
- Certifications (Preferred) DOT, OSHA, or other relevant industry certifications
