Job Summary
General Manager at The Learning Experience responsible for the financial and operational performance of the Center. Drives financial performance, staffing, payroll accuracy, enrollment forecasting, and vendor relationships; leads center marketing, parent engagement, tours, and enrollment efforts; oversees customer communications, billing, and data stewardship; partners with the Center Director to set direction and manage budgets, inventory, and programs to create an environment where others can thrive.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years’ experience in retail/store management
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
- Ability to leverage data to understand the business and make decisions
