Job Summary
Lead campus restaurant operations during the ~32-week peak season and supervise a full-year salaried team with continued benefits. Oversee recruitment, training, coaching, and development of front- and back-of-house staff; manage daily operations, food quality, cleanliness, safety, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships; drive revenue and manage labor, food cost, and controllables using data. Ensure exceptional guest experience and hospitality, uphold brand standards, and carry full P&L accountability. Schedule up to 60 hours/week during peak season, with year-round salary and benefits (healthcare, dental, vision, PTO, sick time, 401(k)).
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of restaurant management with growing responsibility
- pizza making experience
- at least 2 years leading managers, supervisors, or large hourly teams
- strong leadership, financial acumen, and decision-making in a fast, high-volume environment
- commitment to hospitality and guest experience
- able to stand and move for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs
