Job Summary
Lead a high-volume campus restaurant as General Manager during approximately 32 weeks of peak season, maintaining full P&L responsibility and year-round salary/benefits. Drive operations from frontline to back-of-house, recruit and develop a strong team, uphold food quality, cleanliness, and safety, manage inventory and vendors, and optimize labor and controllables to grow revenue while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Requires 3–5 years of restaurant management with growing responsibility and at least 2 years of experience leading managers or large hourly teams; capacity to work up to ~60 hours/week during peak season and to sustain a competitive year-round salary with benefits.
