Job Summary
Lead a high-volume campus restaurant for ~32-week peak season with a year-round salary, full-time status, and full benefits. Serve as a salaried General Manager with full P&L responsibility, overseeing recruitment, training, coaching, and retention of front- and back-of-house teams; direct daily operations to meet standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience; manage inventory, ordering, vendors, labor, and costs; drive revenue and maintain brand standards. Requires 3–5 years of restaurant management with growing responsibility and at least 2 years leading managers or large hourly teams; ability to work up to 60 hours per week during peak season; strong leadership, financial acumen, and decision-making in a fast, high-volume environment; commitment to hospitality and guest experience.
