Job Summary
Lead the store's management team, including a Visual Sales Manager, Training Manager, and Operations Manager, by building effective teams and driving engagement through collaboration with Area Directors. Communicate effectively with staff, regional leaders, and customers while leading by example on the sales floor. Improve results by identifying and achieving payroll and sales goals, managing labor plans efficiently, and instilling trust and accountability. Manage the store's values and attitudes to provide exceptional customer service and achieve business goals.
