Job Summary
Lead the store by building effective teams, driving engagement with Area Directors, and leading by example on the sales floor. Manage payroll expenses and labor plans efficiently while identifying and achieving sales and payroll goals for store success. Communicate effectively with staff, regional directors, and customers to instill trust and ensure accountability. Requires at least ten years of leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.
