General Manager

Manage the annual budget, revenue goals, and expenses while generating weekly and monthly business volume forecasts. Monitor financial reports daily, weekly, and monthly to take corrective action as needed. Establish personnel policies, oversee training programs, and ensure HR procedures are followed across all departments. Coordinate marketing programs, maintain membership with the PGA and CMAA, and oversee facility asset maintenance. Direct department members including the Head Professional and Superintendent, handle hiring, performance evaluations, and complaint resolution. Ensure highest standards for food and beverage service and implement compliance policies for all operations. Requires a Bachelor's degree, Class A PGA/LPGA membership, and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Full-time role with on-call rotation available.
