Job Summary

Lead the Texas Heavy Civil/Paving Division by providing overall strategic direction, driving revenue growth through business development and market expansion, and overseeing estimating, project management, field operations, safety, and financial performance. Build and mentor high-performing operational and construction teams while establishing accountability metrics and operational best practices. Manage divisional budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Identify opportunities for geographic expansion, new service offerings, and potential acquisitions to support the company's ambitious growth toward $500 million in annual revenue.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience within heavy civil construction, paving, infrastructure, site development, or related construction sectors
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar construction operations or business units
  • Strong understanding of asphalt paving, concrete paving, roadway construction, sitework, or heavy civil projects
  • Experience leading project teams, operations personnel, estimators, and business development professionals
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibilities
  • Proven ability to scale operations, drive growth, and improve profitability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and expand a business platform
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience developing customer relationships and generating new business opportunities
  • Ability to recruit, develop, and retain top-performing talent
