Job Summary
General Manager responsible for all daily restaurant operations at Terry Black's BBQ and new BFH concept, ensuring alignment with brand standards in service, food quality, and financial performance. Leads the management team, drives staff development, and oversees guest satisfaction, cost controls, inventory, health/safety compliance, and operational consistency. Key duties include hiring/training staff, scheduling, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, maintaining food safety and beverage regulations, managing costs, preparing operations reports, and sustaining a positive, sales-driven culture. Required leadership, interpersonal, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; previous restaurant management experience and corporate training completion expected. Strong focus on customer experience, team development, adaptability, and cost-of-goods improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous restaurant experience required; management experience preferred
- Successful completion of the corporate training program required
