Job Summary
Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff at all dispensaries to achieve sales, profit, and customer satisfaction objectives while ensuring all deadlines are met. Drive positive employee engagement through inclusion, mentorship, and performance succession planning, hosting monthly staff meetings and maintaining an open-door policy. Actively manage inventory, recalls, returns, and pricing to meet cost targets; oversee cash controls, financial reporting, service labor, and payroll budgets. Perform business management operations including P&L analysis, KPI report development, and profit monitoring to maximize revenues. Work with corporate teams to ensure standards are met, correct regulatory violations with urgency, and maintain awareness of cannabis retail trends. Be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in retail, restaurant, food, or other service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability
- Must satisfy the minimum age criteria mandated by applicable state cannabis regulations for this role
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
