Job Summary
Set and track sales/productivity goals while forecasting revenue, planning payroll, and aligning hiring with business needs. Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, clienteling, operations, and visual presentation standards. Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent; evaluate performance, provide feedback, and create development action plans. Own daily operations including scheduling, inventory, HR, and loss prevention while resolving customer issues promptly. Act as a trusted fashion advisor to build long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty. Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs including nights, weekends, and peak busy seasons.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years as a Store Manager
- luxury retail experience
- proven ability in sales strategies
- proven ability in clienteling
- proven ability in team development
- proficiency in Microsoft Word
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- experience with retail systems
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
