Job Summary
Set and track sales/productivity goals while forecasting revenue, planning payroll, and aligning hiring with business needs. Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, clienteling, and visual presentation standards, acting as a trusted fashion advisor to resolve customer issues and build long-term loyalty. Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent; evaluate performance, provide feedback, and create development action plans to foster an inclusive, high-energy culture. Own daily operations including scheduling, inventory, loss prevention, and POS compliance while communicating clearly with corporate partners. Requires 3+ years as a Store Manager in luxury retail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems, and ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak seasons.
