Job Summary
Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure profitability and efficiency, directing food preparation, service, and team activities. Interview, hire, train, and coordinate staff while managing budgets, inventory control, and scheduling. Foster a clean, safe, and positive work environment through direct customer and team interaction. Work 40-50 hours per week with flexible shifts ranging from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm. Lead a team of approximately 20 employees in a fast-paced Mexican quick-service brand known for fresh-fried potato shells and nacho chips.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for quality, customer service, and team development
- Must be able to work 40-50 hours per week
- Must be available for shifts ranging from 6:30 am to 10:30 pm
