GENERAL MANAGER

Operate daily restaurant functions including front and back of house management, hiring and training staff, and maintaining exceptional cleanliness. Oversee food quality, manage food and labor cost budgets, and ensure the team delivers great customer service. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, QSR experience, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance in a fast-paced environment. TJIA owns and operates 20 restaurants in Iowa, offering competitive pay with bonus potential up to $9,600 annually. General Managers generally work no more than 45 hours a week, with early closures on holidays to support work-life balance.
