Job Summary
Oversee the operation of the restaurant as General Manager, building and leading a high-performing team to deliver great food and friendly hospitality. Responsible for hiring and developing staff, conducting new-hire orientation, executing training plans, scheduling and deploying the team, addressing performance issues, resolving customer issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans. Requires strong leadership, communication, a track record of people development, and a positive attitude to drive a winning team at Charter Foods/Taco Bell. The role emphasizes operational leadership, staff development, customer service, and adherence to business metrics, with opportunities for advancement and competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time
