Job Summary
General Manager for a Taco Bell–brand restaurant in Somerset, PA. Responsible for operating the entire restaurant, building and leading a strong team, hiring and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation and executing training plans, scheduling and deploying staff, addressing performance issues, resolving customer issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans. Requires strong leadership and communication skills, a track record of people development, and a commitment to delivering great food and hospitality. Must be 18+, with 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail (P&L responsibility), and able to work a 50-hour week. High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required; basic computer literacy and reliable transportation required.
