Job Summary
Lead all restaurant operations as the General Manager, building and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer hospitality and food quality. Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, conducting new-hire orientation and training, scheduling and deploying the team, addressing performance issues, resolving customer issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, a track record of people development, and a positive attitude to drive outcomes and growth.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility
- 50-Hour Work Week
- High School Diploma or GED, preferred, but not required
- Basic computer literacy
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic business math and accounting skills
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
