Job Summary
The General Manager/Operator is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, leading staff, and maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards. Key duties include staffing and recruitment, handling cash and data entry, and managing the restaurant's P&L. Candidates must exhibit leadership skills, be able to work all positions in the restaurant, and possess a sense of urgency and ownership. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods.

- Prior experience with Toast, R365 and/or Zenput
- Food Manager certification
- Any local certifications that are required in the store's jurisdiction
- Prior experience in a high volume, fast casual setting
