Job Summary
The General Manager/Operator oversees all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing the P&L, staffing, and recruitment. This role requires providing excellent customer service, maintaining high food safety standards, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Leadership responsibilities include offering feedback to team members and covering any position within the establishment. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, the ability to handle conflict, and be comfortable with technology, while also being able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications
- Can speak both English and Spanish
- Prior experience with Toast, R365 and/or Zenput
- Food Manager certification
- Any local certifications that are required in the store's jurisdiction
- Prior experience in a high volume, fast casual setting
