Job Summary
The General Manager is tasked with overseeing all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing P&L, staffing, and direct customer service. Candidates must have a high proficiency in all operational positions and maintain health standards while managing the cleanliness of the restaurant. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional service, handling guest complaints, cash handling, data entry, and following operational checklists. Required skills include conflict resolution, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Desired Qualifications
- Can speak both English and Spanish
- Prior experience with Toast, R365 and/or Zenput
- Food Manager certification
- Any local certifications that are required in the store's jurisdiction
- Prior experience in a high volume, fast casual setting
