Job Summary
The General Manager/Operator is tasked with overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations including P&L management, staffing, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires high proficiency in all positions within the restaurant, maintaining food safety standards, and performing various administrative tasks. Strong leadership and the ability to provide immediate feedback to team members are essential. Candidates should be able to handle conflicts, possess excellent communication skills, and must be comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications
- Can speak both English and Spanish
- Prior experience with Toast, R365 and/or Zenput
- Food Manager certification
- Any local certifications that are required in the store's jurisdiction
- Prior experience in a high volume, fast casual setting
