Job Summary
A General Manager/Operator is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing the entire P&L, and overseeing staffing and recruitment. This role requires high proficiency in all positions within the restaurant, providing excellent customer service and handling guest complaints efficiently. Key responsibilities include ensuring high food safety standards, maintaining cleanliness, delivering direct feedback to the team, managing cash handling and data entry, and following operational checklists. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, an ownership mentality, and be able to handle physical demands of the job.

- Ability to read and follow instructions

- Conflict resolution, both with guests and team members
Desired Qualifications
- Can speak both English and Spanish
- Prior experience with Toast, R365 and/or Zenput
- Food Manager certification
- Any local certifications that are required in the store's jurisdiction
- Prior experience in a high volume, fast casual setting
