Job Summary
A General Manager/Operator is responsible for running day-to-day operations for the entire restaurant, managing P&L, staffing and recruitment, and supporting both front and back of house positions. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards, covering any position in the restaurant, and handling cash and administrative tasks. The role requires strong verbal communication skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and conflict resolution capabilities with both guests and team members.

Desired Qualifications
- Can speak both English and Spanish
- Prior experience with Toast, R365 and/or Zenput
- Food Manager certification
- Any local certifications that are required in the store's jurisdiction
- Prior experience in a high volume, fast casual setting
