Job Summary
The General Manager/Operator is responsible for running day-to-day operations, managing the restaurant's P&L, and overseeing staffing and recruitment. The role requires high proficiency in all positions within the restaurant and includes providing excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring cleanliness. Candidates must demonstrate leadership by providing immediate feedback to team members and exhibit ownership mentality. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods, lift 25+ pounds, and work in varying temperatures.

Desired Qualifications
- Can speak both English and Spanish
- Prior experience with Toast, R365 and/or Zenput
- Food Manager certification
- Any local certifications that are required in the store's jurisdiction
- Prior experience in a high volume, fast casual setting
