Staff all restaurants for full operation with no closures and ensure full availability of sales channels including digital, delivery, and drive-thru. Manage labor planning through weekly schedules and perform food inventories to control costs and wastage. Work minimum 45 hours to maximum 54 hours based on restaurant requirements. Meet food, labor, and guest count goals while adhering to state and federal laws.
