Job Summary
Lead operations as General Manager at Sweet Cow in Boulder, responsible for strategic staffing, onboarding and training, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, building a community-focused shop culture, and driving financial health through effective inventory management, scheduling, and team development. Must meet minimum age and experience requirements and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of service industry experience and two years of management/leadership experience
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for the entirety of a shift
- Willingness and ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Adhere to the written schedule
- Maintain a weekly schedule of 42-44 in-shop hours
