Job Summary
General Manager leads shop operations and growth by directing strategy, staffing, training, and customer-focused initiatives. Responsibilities include designing and executing staffing plans, hiring and onboarding talent, coaching teams, achieving financial health and operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product quality, communicating shop priorities clearly, and fostering a community-driven, positive shop culture that drives customer satisfaction and growth. The role emphasizes people development, performance management, inventory and scheduling, and collaborating with leadership to uphold the company mission and values in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three years of service industry experience and two years of management/leadership experience
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for the entirety of a shift
- Willingness and ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Adhere to the written schedule
- Maintain a weekly schedule of 42-44 in-shop hours
