Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required - Business Administration Degree preferred
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent hands-on management experience accepted
- 3+ years of multi-unit or high-volume management (QSR, retail, automotive, car wash, or similar)
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and data-driven decision making
- 2+ years of management experience (i.e., car wash, retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management)
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate hourly teams
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning tunnel equipment
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new applications
- Valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation
- Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods in various weather conditions outside
- Able to operate POS and other typical office machines
- Experience in a leadership role at a car wash is highly preferred
