Job Summary
As General Manager at NOVO Health Services, you will lead the St. Louis facility, overseeing all operations, strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and regulatory compliance. Your role will include developing and implementing strategic plans, optimizing facility operations for productivity and efficiency, managing budgets to maximize profitability, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in related fields, 5 years of leadership experience, and strong operational and financial management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration (with a focus on operations management), or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Five (5) years of experience in a General Manager or similar leadership role
- Previous 3-5 years experience running/managing an Industrial Laundry
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, DOT FMCSA)
- Proven track record of success in strategic planning, financial management, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred
- Medical Laundry or Hospital Experience with Joint Commission and Infection Control Certified Linen and Laundry Manager and/or Healthcare Laundry Accredited Certified experience preferred
- Business Acumen at a level to interact with C-suite members on a weekly basis
- Appropriate P&L experience
