Job Summary
Oversee and execute daily operations in a growing restaurant group, leading shifts with attention to detail and ensuring guest and team member satisfaction. Manage financials, adherence to health codes, and maintain a safe working environment. Candidates must have at least 5 years of management experience in upscale casual dining, strong numerical skills, and knowledge of food and beverage preparation. A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of management experience in an upscale casual dining restaurant
- A degree in Hospitality Management, or similar, is preferred
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Comfortable analyzing and adhering to financial budgets/P&L
